Установка модов: 1. Получить программу OpenIV (cвежую версию программы можно забрать с оф.сайта) 2. Запустить OpenIV и указать путь к папке с GTA IV 3. Открыть с помощью OpenIV файл vehicles.img (находится по адресу ...pcmodelcdimages) 4. Распаковать архив с моделью транспортного средства в любую папку и "перетащить" файлы с расширениями .wtf и .wtd в окно программы.
Рекомендую устанавливать транспорт постепенно, а также делать копии изменяемых файлов. Удачи.
